Organiser's Office The office is located on the walkway by the escalators leading down to the show.
Admission & Fee
in-cosmetics is a trade event. Admission is by badge only. Visitors registering onsite will be required to pay €45. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the exhibition. Anyone under the age of 16 cannot be admitted into the exhibition.
Bus to the Airport and City Centre
The number 46 bus travels to Plaça Espanya in the centre of Barcelona via Gran Via exhibition site. The stop is called Gran Via / Plaza Europa.
Restaurants and Bars There are restaurants all around the exhibition floor. The Nuclo restaurant is located by the “Accés Sud” entrance of the venue and Alternativa Buffet and other café / bars are located around Hall 2.
Internet access Wifi is available in the venue. Connect to the Kubinet and you will be directed to the Kubi wireless website (payment by credit card). Free internet access and a mobile phone charging point is also available from the show floor information desk.
The cloakroom is located by the “Accés Sud” registration area (2 euros per item).
Disabled Facilities
Disabled access is available from the venue main entrance to the in-cosmetics show floor via the escalators and lifts from the foyer. There are disabled toilets located with the main toilets at the venue.
First Aid
This is located between Halls 2 and 3. Please use the exit next to stand A01.
Lost Property Please report all lost property enquiries to the Organiser’s Office.
Problems
Information Desks There is one desk in the main registration area and one on the show floor. Free internet access and a mobile phone charging point is available from the show floor information desk.

Cash point The ATM is located in the “Accés Sud” registration area.
Admissions Policy 1. Only pre-registered in-cosmetics 2012 visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend in-cosmetics 2012. 2. Visitors should be involved in or have some connection or interest in the Personal Care and associated industries. 3. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from in-cosmetics 2012. 4. Anyone obtaining an in-cosmetics 2012 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave in-cosmetics 2012.
5. Anyone attending in-cosmetics 2012 should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.
6. No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend in-cosmetics 2012.
7. Anyone attending in-cosmetics 2012 must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt in-cosmetics 2012. 8. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from in-cosmetics 2012 and Venue who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations. 9. Press badges at in-cosmetics 2012 are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the in-cosmetics industry. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a recognised press or media card, business card, [NUJ card,] a letter from the editor or an official web address linking to a press release in order to verify their position. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted. 10. Official in-cosmetics 2012 photographers will be taking photographs at in-cosmetics 2012. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs of visitors, for the purpose of marketing in-cosmetics in future.
