As well as displaying its extensive range of decorating sundries including paint solvents, fillers and wallcovering adhesives, it will be showing and demonstrating CLEAN SPIRIT - a safer alternative to White Spirit. “Clean Spirit is a water-based product that is low in VOC’s and is classified as non- toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable and is not dangerous for the environment,” says Bartoline. This means that the labelling carries none of the usual warnings related with paint solvents. Furthermore there is no restriction on sale or storage. Clean Spirit can be used to clean both oil and water based paints from paint implements.
