In addition to the adrenaline-pumping excite- ment of the F1, Yas Island also provides a host of alternative attractions. The world's largest indoor theme park, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, offers more than 20 rides and attractions with six dining outlets. The iconic roof is designed on the classic double-curve body shell of the Ferrari GT car and covers a total area of 200,000 square metres. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has already hosted more than 50 events, including exclusive celebrations and corporate gigs. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has a dedicated special events team to help build unique packages for each client.


Teeing off


Yas Island is home to the first Links Golf Course in the Middle East, designed by Kyle Phillips. This championship course, located on the west shores of the island, offers a 4,000-square-metre clubhouse as well as floodlit practice ranges and a golf academy. The course provides an unparalleled golf experience with rolling hills and seashore green locations.

Europe's Rezidor hotel group also has a double bill at Yas Island with a Radisson Blu and a Park Inn. Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island boasts 397 guest- rooms and suites, all with free WiFi access. Meetings and events facilities include the 445-square-metre Galaxy Ballroom and seven other meeting rooms. The Park Inn Abu Dhabi, Yas Island includes 204 guestrooms, including four one bedroom suites and six deluxe suites. The property has two modern meeting rooms with natural daylight, free WiFi and the latest audio visual equipment.


Plain sailing


Yas Island will offer several world-class mari- nas capable of accommodating a total of 1,500 vessels. Already complete, the Yas Marina, overlooking and wrapping around the Yas Circuit, is home to the iconic Yas Hotel and an exclusive yacht club.The Northern Marina is a residential marina located to the northeast of Yas Island, nestled among gardens with cafŽs and performance pavilions.


The Yas Cays Marina is a 900-berth facility split into four precincts with a signature hotel and capacity to host seasonal festivals and events. The marinas will enable groups to get involved in nautical-themed adven- tures, either at the many clubhouses or out to sea on chartered yachts.


Retail detail


Yas Island will offer almost 300,000 square metres of retail space from volume brands to high-end labels.


The under-development 500 unit Yas Mall will set a new benchmark in retail and feature a Central Entertainment Zone with one of the world's largest LCD screens. With such a diverse offering, Yas Island offers an all inclusive alternative location for corporate groups wanting to combine meet- ings with leisure.
