and the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show. Another major event is the World Health Care Congress Middle East, which has been described as the 'Davos of healthcare', and which is being organised by USA's World Congress Inc, a leading global provider of healthcare con- gresses. The second edition to be hosted in Abu Dhabi takes place in December, affirming the emirate's congress capabilities. Abu Dhabi will also host its second Media Summit in March 2011, which will see hundreds of top industry players and luminaries gather together to discuss emerging media issues in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

And with environmental initiatives underpinning Abu Dhabi's de- velopment plans, the emirate will once again stage the World Green Tourism Congress (WGTC) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in December.

Other large-scale events taking place in the emirate during 2011 include Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair and the World Ports and Trade Summit.
