Have you had any feedback from
your customers on products? None of our customers ever commented on print quality or colour as we went through the transition to Triangle ink and we see this as testament to how well the Triangle ink works.
Are you pleased that you switched to Triangle Inks? We're very happy, both with the service we receive from John at SEMS UK and the quality of the Triangle inks. As I have mentioned before, the SIGNARAMA ethos is to provide the best possible service to all our customers, large or small. Though we are part of a large franchise operation, providing a reliable local and professional service is key to our success. We are delighted that we can continue to provide this through our choice of products.
Are you saving money? We easily save 30%, although I suspect if I actually worked out the figures properly it would be a lot more.
Has Triangle inks given you a competitive edge? Definitely. Whilst we haven't dropped our prices since we changed to Triangle inks, the cost savings we make mean that we can be much more competitive if we are faced with keen pricing from competitors.
Where do you see your business
going in the next few years? Our customer base is growing despite the current economic climate. With the support we receive from SIGNARAMA and SEMS UK, we believe we can continue to provide excellent products and a professional service to our customers.
