Infusion LED module GE Lighting
The new Infusion LED module from GE Lighting is a high performing and energy-efficient LED (light-emitting diode) lighting system. The puck-shaped LED module provides lighting designers and end-users with the ability to easily upgrade LED lighting - addressing the inflexibility of integrated LED luminaires used in commercial and consumer set- tings.

Philips has developed the Fortimo range of LED engines, providing a set of stable build- ing blocks that maintain size, shape and lumen output as upgrades in LED efficiency occur. Philips Fortimo LED engines deliver highly efficient white light with high colour consistency and exceptional colour qual- ity. The engines are supplied with a range of intelligent drivers, which recognise the attached engine and adapt accordingly to produce the right level of light and ensuring optimum system performance.

The new OSTAR Compact from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is characterised by even better high-current capability and lower thermal resistance. It can handle up to 6 A in pulsed mode which is ideal for pico and pocket projectors for small mobile terminals. Depending on the de- sign of small projectors these high-pow- er LEDs can provide a real brightness boost. The new OSTAR Compact offers more light output, and with a mere 3.9 mm x 3.6 mm it is accommodated in the same package as the previous version.

TALEXXspot Tridonic
The new TALEXXspot modules have been designed specifically for use in downlights or spotlights as a replacement for CFL’s, LV halogen lamps or lower wattage metal halide lamps. They have durable compo- nents are suitable for exterior applica- tions. There are three versions of the new
TALEXXspot modules; TALEXXspot with 27 light points, TALEXXspot 3000 with 36 light points and TALEXXspot 4000 with 48 light points, all providing luminous flux of 2,000, 3,000 and 4,000 respectively.

CL-L251 Citizen
The 4.5W Citizen CL-L251 delivers 290 lumens of light output at a colour temperature of 3000K with good colour rendering “Ra85”, equivalent to a standard 20W MR16 halogen. The range is available with colour temperatures up to 5000K, delivering up to 425 lumens from 4.5W. The CL-L251 has a luminous efficiency of up to 106 lumens per watt, compared to 16 lumens per watt for a halogen light. Since the drive voltage of the CL-L251 is 9-10V, the LED can be packaged as a drop-in replacement for the standard halogen light.
