Piscinelle offers two shapes of pool, which can be installed above or in the ground or on a slop, in ‘ready to swim’ kit form, which includes a Northern Fir interlocking structure, liner, stainless steel ladder, pump and programmer, electrical control box and water treatment kit. The attractive wood casing is sourced from Scandinavia and Russia, where the harsh climate slows down the growth of the trees, making the wood intensely strong and ideal for use in this setting. The pool is also available in a choice of depths, surface and in any type of soil, clay or rock. The above ground pool market has historically been viewed as one led by impulse buying and there is no doubt that weather is a factor certainly for the lower price pools. But... there is definitely a bigger picture constantly emerging and the extras now being offered with many above-ground pools, such as counter-current units, integrated fibre optic lighting or even all in enclosure packages, have brought the pools into a zone that was not previously particularly well catered for.
