Buff 01707 852244
IT’S WITHOUT doubt the Buff-selling season and dealers now have a few new items to consider for stock – including the Balaclava and Bandana Pro, as well as a new Chic line. Introduced at ISPO 2014 in Munich and subsequently gonged with Gold awards, the Balaclava Pro and Balaclava Cross Tech are based around the Windstopper fabric, with the latter also utilising a Thermo Fastwick and soft polar fleece liner, which combines to offer maximum protection against the elements. The new Chic line spans headbands, bandanas and
the original Buff, with each carrying a rhinestone encrusted logo.
Faster by Michael Hutchinson
salesoffice@bloomsbury.com
Centering on the adrenaline-fuelled instinct to push ourselves to faster speeds and ultimately gather results to celebrate, Michael Hutchinson’s Faster hits stores next month. The £12.99 paperback draws on the former
professional cyclist, turned-author and Cycling Weekly columnist’s experiences, as well as a wealth of expert opinion ranging from nutritionist experts to the right psychology, ultimately leading to discussion of the marginal gains theory made famous by David Brailsford. The book also analyses the many things that can make us slower and discusses how to avoid letting each detract from performance.
