develop 100 MARMALADE

MARMALADE STARTED LIFE as a company specialising in a cross- platform SDK of the same name, that allows developers to deploy their game and code across multiple platforms and devices from a single code base. As well as expanding its suite of

tools to encompass Marmalade Quick and Marmalade Juice, the company has also opened a publishing division, Marmalade Play, giving developers what it calls a pain-free route to market. It has already helped

developers revive old IP including Blur Overdrive (pictured) and The Activision Decathlon, and will no doubt be helping many more studios publishing their titles.

MASSIVE ENTERTAINMENT

HAVING WORKED ON Far Cry 3 and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations in recent years – projects led by Ubisoft Montreal –Massive is now collaborating with Reflections to develop online multiplayer tactical shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division (pictured). The title, which wow’d

onlookers during its E3 2013 reveal, is said to be tentatively dated for 2014, although there is speculation it could miss that launch period given the ambitious nature of the title, which takes place across a stunning version of New York City as society begins to collapse following the outbreak of a disease.
