Unilite International, manufacturers of LED torches, lanterns, flashlights and batteries, has launched a brand new website

he company, which has been established in the UK for more than 30 years, is the ‘industry standard’ for torches, and its stylish, eye-catching and innovative designs and packaging make the product ranges some of the most dynamic in the world. Unilite prides itself on having permanent stock levels and this is backed up by its high-quality after sales service.


The new website contains more unique content and a wider selection of product information, and also features new product launches, a news page and links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Some of the most popular products on the site include:


The PS-H6 rechargeable headlight A comprehensive headlamp which provides up to a massive 350 lumens of controllable LED power. The light is provided by 3 x focused Luxeon Rebel 100 LED’s which have three power levels, low medium and high as well as a flashing SOS mode. As well as power adjustment there is a focus ring which adjusts the beam from a tight spot light to a wide flood pattern. The headpiece can also be tilted to get the light just where you need it. The 3M scotchlite and high visibility technology ensure that health and safety concerns are considered. Run


time is between 1hrs and 10hrs depending on selected power level. The battery is a rechargeable 4.8v 2200mAH Ni-MH unit which takes six hours to charge. The headlamp weighs 352gms including battery but if you prefer to not have the battery on your head a 1m extension lead is included to allow you to pop the battery into your pocket or in the belt pouch provided. The unit is shock resistant to 1m and also waterproof.


PS-IL1 rechargeable inspection light Introducing the Prosafe PS-IL1 rechargeable inspection light. The 3M scotchlite and high visibility technology ensure that health and safety concerns are considered.


HV-FL8 super power flashlight The HV-FL8 Police LED torch is a compact, high quality, high output LED torch that uses two CR123A non- rechargeable lithium cells. Featuring a white Cree XM-L LED chip, it delivers a superb performance. The minimum output is 45 lumens, giving 20 hours


run-time, while maximum output is an impressive 560 lumens, providing two hours run-time and a beam range of 185m. All the usual hallmarks of Unilite quality are present. The HV-FL8 is completely submersible to 1m and uses a hard anodised aircraft aluminium body for durability and toughened AR coated glass lens. The HV-FL8 is very light yet offers the performance of a much larger torch.

HV-H3 infrared sensor headlight The HV-H3 provides lumen output of 120 lumens of focus controlled light, and by reducing the power using the integrated dimmer control you can achieve 175 hours battery life at five lumens, with the Cree LED, or get 35 hours by switching to the 2x 5mm red LED’s. The CREE White LED chip has more than 50,000 hours of operational use. The in-built infrared motion sensor enables you to activate the head torch by waving your hand in front of it.
