IPL&laser hair removal

for higher energy and more effective treatments.

The system is supplied as standard with two treatment specific handpieces. The enhanced hair removal handpiece now provides 25,000 shots, offering more economical treatments.

Also from Energist Group, the ePulse i200+ pulsed light system combines all the technological advantages of pioneering ePulse technology with sleek design and greater ease of use. The i200+ is designed to work in any salon environment, whether permanently in use or stored away between treatments.

The Phaser-EPL, fromChromogenex Technologies Ltd, utilises Smartlite™ Dual Phase Technologywhich produces high levels of light energy that can be used effectively on unwanted hair.

Ecolite IPL delivers high-grade IPL technology in a compact concept, and is used to offer hair removal treatments in over 2,000 outlets in 34 countries.

Simply select the program appropriate to the therapy and the client’s skin type. The i200+ then selects a prescribed band that represents the safe and effective treatment level. It features twin Xenon lamps with a wavelength of 530 to 1200nm and applicator head with a spot size of 8.9cm2.A full range of applications is possible, with a filter ranging from 410 – 1200 nm (590nm for hair removal), and a spot size of 5-10cm2 allows for fast application, and an intuitive colour touch screen makes operation easy.

The CACI GP Flash 1 Plus Intense Pulsed Light System is technologically advanced and versatile. It incorporates unique plug and play Xenon lamp box filters that enable you to select from a range of different treatment applications, including hair removal.

The powerful Flash 1 Plus has a maximum output energy at lamp level. In a single pulse, the system can emit almost 600 Joules at lamp level, equivalent to 45 J/cm2. For less demanding applications, the system’s output levels start from 2 J/cm2, which can be adjusted, in stepped increments of 0.5 J/cm2.

The system utilises state-of-the-art microprocessor technology and features a Radio Frequency (RF) transponder that enables the system to automatically recognise the filter in use and calculate the number of treatment shots used and remaining.

TheGalaxy Smooth,

from3D Medic, is a

long pulse Nd:YAGLaser systemwhich can be used on skin types I toVI for hair removal on the face and body.

Equipped with a large 10.4” colour touch screen interface, you are in control of all treatment parameters. For the less experienced, the system has anAuto Setting mode that suggests the most suitable energy and shot duration parameters to use according to the input client profile.

For the more experienced operator, the Expert Setting mode allows the

adjustment of energy output levels and the length of the pulse duration. In Pulsed mode you can create variable pulse widths by adjusting the interval between one pulse and the next.

The Phaser-EPL from Chromogenex Technologies Ltd is an IPL system which utilises Smartlite™Dual Phase Technology, developed exclusively for the Phaser range of products.

Smartlite™produces high levels of light energy that can be used effectively for the treatment of unwanted hair (as well as skin rejuvenation). This unique technology uses a combination of enclosed waveguide and a special reflecting cavity at the rear of the flash lamp source which increases transmission of light energy into tissue significantly compared to a standard IPL. Phaser-EPL has a unique Dual Phase Pulse which is designed to provide destruction of both the bulge and the bulb for ultimate hair removal results.

The primary phase is a fast rise sculptured pulse allowing 50%of the energy to be transferred to tissue in the optimum time interval to focus on a flowing blood target and ultimately destruction of the bulge. This effect is essential for the removal of finer and lighter coloured hairs. This rapid rise in energy is also effective for the treatment of unwanted pigmentation when used with the appropriate handpiece.

The secondary phase of the pulse is an extended tail of energy to enhance the thermal increase in the hair bulb, without increasing the temperature of the epidermis. This enables the coarser and more stubborn hairs to be treated efficiently.

Smartlite™delivers a combination of yellow and red light combined with DPT (Dual Phase Technology) to destroy both the germ cell (bulge) and hair root (bulb), and increase efficiency and results.

Using a patented Intense Pulsed Light technology, the Ellipse I²PL+ offers your clients pain free hair removal treatments for the face and body. The system, which was developed with the assistance of leading physicians, has been clinically proven, and is safe and effective at removing hair on any part of the body.

Treatments are fast, with an upper lip treatment taking approximately five minutes, and the back or both legs taking less than 20 minutes.

This second generation IPL system features patented DualMode Filtering
