Key players in the global airline and rail catering and onboard services industry are exhibiting at this year’s WTCE – the world’s largest business event dedicated to travel catering, passenger comfort and onboard-retail.


Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to see virtually everything that falls under the catering and services banner for rail and the aviation sector, from ice-cream to wine, galley carts to cutlery, global logistics to a specialist caterer supplying Halal certificated food. year, offering a unique interactive element on the show floor. The morning sessions, including the Taste Challenge in association with Onboard Hospitality, will feature top chefs from travel catering companies showing off their culinary skills and innovations to the audience. Participants include senior chefs from Cuisine Solutions and Alpha LSG, wine specialists Ratcliffe & Brown and Concha y Toro, LSG Sky Chefs, InflightFeed and a member of the DHL Food Innovation Council.The afternoon slots will feature exhibitors demonstrating a wide range of food products.
