Sachin has worked for over 15 years in airline and retail food production and has been trained with a hospitality background. In his previous role he developed and successfully introduced the very first Halal tray set-up in London for British Airways in 2005 and produced and shipped more than 10,000 meals per day to Doha for Qatar Airways over two years. He also developed menus for all major airlines flying out of Heathrow such as Kingfisher, Virgin Atlantic, BA , BMI and Air India. Sachin also worked as a chef for Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces for over five years.

He has been instrumental in broadening the Monty’s Bakehouse hot snack offering, adding Ciabattas, Toasties and Paninis which he will launch at WTCE 2013.
