Partners Profile: Ms. Ana Castañeda

Head of the Trademark and Patent Department. Ms. Castañeda earned her Degree in Law in the year 2003 and has achieved a technical background completing studies in Biotechnology, Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and is currently studying the Specialization in Electronic Engineering. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Head of the Copyright and IP Litigation Department. Mr. León earned his Degree in Law with Honors in the year 2000, a Specialization in Intellectual Property at New Hampshire University, Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property in the year 2011 and a Diploma in Intellectual Property and Copyrights from Universidad en Estudios de Posgrado en Derecho in the year 2002. He is fluent in Spanish and English and is currently studying Japanese.
