Juan Carlos Cuesta Quintero

Juan Carlos Cuesta Quintero is a practicing attorney who graduated from the University “Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del

Rosario,” Bogotá. Masters in: Finance Law, Commercial Transactions, Business Law & International Arbitration. He successfully attended the Top Management Program - PADE Program, Inalde – Ipade - HBS, 2010. Currently is President of the Colombian Association of Intellectual Property (ACPI). In addition, he is a professor of finance law, IP valuation, business law and intellectual property law and has given both National and International lectures on intellectual property subjects, namely on the Madrid Protocol and other international treaties. He is the Founding Partner and General Counsel for Cuesta & Associates and has arbitrated intellectual property, finance and telecommunication cases. He speaks 5 languages including Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Italian.
