Mark J. Harty

Mark J. Harty has extensive experience in complex, multi- jurisdictional matters. His practice focuses on the following areas: mergers and acquisitions;

syndicated lending, project finance

and other bank finance; insurance; private equity; derivatives and structured finance; capital markets; foreign direct investment; and debt restructuring. Prior to joining LCS & Partners, Mr. Harty worked with Shearman & Sterling for approximately 19 years in New York, Hong Kong, Taipei and Beijing. Mr. Harty is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. Mr. Harty has lived and worked in Asia for over 27 years and he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
