The Law Office Pepeljugoski is established in 1999 by Valentin Pepeljugoski, PhD as one of the first Law Offices which offered Intellectual property law services to its national and international clientele. The Law Office’s main practice areas include, but are not limited to, intellectual property rights, unfair competition, telecommunication, media and advertisement, company law, trade law, customs law, corporate governance, contract law, finance law, tax law, consumers law etc. Nowadays as one of the most prestigious clients are famous companies investing in the energetic sector in the Republic of Macedonia. A significant portion of the daily performance involves also representing clients in litigation proceedings in front of all competent administrative bodies and courts.
