Litigation Unit Headed by Mr. A. Mutsiwa, this unit constitutes the back up and integral part of all the services the firm offers to its clients. Our firm boasts of experienced litigators and negotiators. The litigation practice cuts across the full range of legal issues common to commercial and non-commercial entities. Our Firm also recommends Alternative Dispute Resolution to ensure prompt and cost-effective resolution of disputes.
