Alexander Muranov

Managing partner Alexander Muranov heads arbitration practice and the WTO practice of the firm. He regularly advises and represents interests of international and Russian clients, Including Rosneft, Deutsche Bank, National Bank TRUST, Gazprombank among others, as well as governmental authorities.

Partner Dmitry Chernyy heads the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. He regularly represents major foreign investors, corporations and banks in Russia and overseas on their corporate and M&A

projects, particularly in the oil & gas, real estate/construction, financial and telecommunications sectors. Dmitry’s other areas of expertise include general corporate law, corporate restructurings and insolvency. With the firm since its foundation, Dmitry has worked on many of the major litigation/arbitration matters in Russia and represented some of the leading foreign and local companies in courts and in international commercial arbitration, enforcement proceedings, confession and the execution of judgments of foreign courts. Dmitry is a member of the Moscow Bar Association . In 2012 Dmitry Chernyy is recognized as one of the leading M&A lawyers in Russia by international legal directory Who’s Who Legal, 2012.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry (since 2009) and at the International Commercial Arbitration Court (since 2009); a member of the International Trade in Legal Services Committee of the IBA (since 2009).
