Graf & Pitkowitz is an internationally focused Austrian law firm. The firm was founded in Vienna in 1994 and expanded to Graz in 2002. Because we are not part of a formal network, we have the ability to select the best local partners for our clients’ international transactions without being limited to only firms within a given network. Our team consists of about 30 highly motivated specialists with outstanding national and international credentials; A number of our attorneys are admitted in other jurisdictions and most have benefited from experience at foreign law firms or international companies. We are a full service business law firm and advise our clients in all aspects of Austrian and European business law. We negotiate and structure business transactions and successfully represent clients before Austrian and international institutions.
