Expendable Pattern Casting Equipment and Production

3 消失模铸造及其专用设备和生产线


消失模铸造专用设备主要分为二大类：（1）模样制造 （白区）：预发泡机、成型机、模样粘接机、模样涂料 干燥室等。（2）铸件造型浇注（黑区）：振动台、负压 系统、砂处理系统、砂箱输送系统、砂冷却系统等。


In 2007, the output of the lost foam casting process was 648,000 tons, with 266,000 tons produced via FMC and 372,000 tons made through EPC. In 2009, China produced 760,000 tons of lost foam castings (333,000 tons of FMC and 427,000 tons of EPC).
