Stand 4D10 Air Caterer Munich is a privately owned catering company providing quality inflight products and amenities to a number of airlines at Munich International Airport and other airports in south Germany. In Spring 2011 Air Caterer Munich opened a state-of-the-art catering unit with full Halal certification under the guidelines of the Malaysian Certification Institute. An IFS Certification is in progress and new business fields will be developed by proving quality food including Halal to potential customers outside the airline industry to become the sole manufacturer for an entire European network. Private labelling is also a market that we are working on.
