Jetway Inc has launched the first US brand of Jet Lag Beverages™ - drinks targetted to provide relief from the symptoms of jet lag. The first four brands, each packaged in a 16.9oz PET bottle, are named after destinations: Honolulu, San Francisco, Beijing and Tokyo. Each brand’s infusion is influenced by the destination. For example, the Beijing is a black iced tea flavoured with apples and peaches.

KIWIS DESIGN FLYHIDRATE
New Zealand-based Flyhidrate Ltd is a new drink formula designed to counter the harmful effects of long-haul flying and focusing on dehydration, radiation exposure and poor circulation. Co-founder of the new drink,
Chris Watkins of Honeylands Naturally, said: “Following a DVT scare by my mother when she was flying from the UK to New Zealand I did some basic internet research. Whilst dehydration is a well known result of the super-dry air in-flight, I had little idea that at cruising altitude the body is exposed to 64 times more radiation that at ground level.” The beverage contains a multi- electrolyte composition, natural antioxidants and a blend of natural anticoagulants for after take-off, mid-flight and before landing.
