•THE WHOLESALER® — MARCH 2011

2011 C

ARLISLE, PA. — The new ODW is available in 4 capacities from 99,000 Btu/h to 199,000 Btu/h. This unit pro-

vides performance and efficiency coupled with the comfort of on demand domestic water. Your customers will never run out of hot water again. In addition to energy saving, your customers will also enjoy the benefit of space savings because all of our units are wall hung. Using Quietside’s revolutionary S line Heat exchangers, all of our units can reach ef- ficiency levels over 92%. With efficiency lev- els over 92%, all of our units qualify for the 30% federal tax rebate. Because this unit is condensing, it allows

you to vent with schedule 40 PVC. This not only makes the venting capabilities easier, but it also saves money not having to vent with stainless steel. We know how hard it is to get accessories for tankless water heaters and so we have included in our price the vent termi- nation kit, the remote control, ten feet of cor- rugated hose, and the isolation valve kit! Quietside is staffed with several technicians that are highly trained in our products. If you need support at any time while installing our unit, they are available. We will also provide

you with sales and technical training as re- quested. Performance without control is useless. For

this reason, the Quietside ODW uses a revo- lutionary Exactemp control to keep the deliv- ered water temperature within 2 degrees Fahrenheit of the set point at all times. Three temperature sensors measure the water tem- perature throughout the unit. The information together with the actual flow rate of water through the unit is fed to the microprocessor. This allows the unit to calculate the perform- ance required from the gas valve. The second temperature sensor monitors the water leaving the S Line Heat Exchangers. This is always 10 to 20 degress higher than the required set point. This allows the bypass control valve to open and blend just the right amount of cold incoming water into the leaving water to get the temperature down to within 2 degrees of the set temperature. The last temperature sensor measures the delivered water temper- ature just prior to the water leaving the unit. This ensures that the water temperature at the shower or faucet is an “Exactemp” For more information please visit our website at www.quietside.com. n
