he Heatguard® 110-D and 115-D deliver water at a
maximum of 120°F (49°C) throughout the system and yields safer hot water
from all outlets while aiding in preventing the growth of Legionella bacteria in the water heater. With robust, low com- plexity construction, every valve is tested for performance prior to shipping. Unique adjuster tool minimizes unau- thorized tampering with valve setting. The 110-D is avail- able from 1/2" to 1" sizes, with the 115-D available from 3/4" to 11/4" for larger domes- tic or standard commercial applications. Both valves are available in a variety of connection configurations, including Shark- Bite®
range of 95-120°F. The Heatguard®
push-fit connectors for easy installation. Temperature 110-D and 115-D are cer-
tified to ASSE 1017 and CSA B125.3 and listed by ASSE and IAPMO. n
Water Heater Connectors SharkBite®
plated fittings are now available, including the newest 1/2"x1/4" (3/8" OD) SharkBite stop valves. Stops in 1/2"x3/8"
or 1/4" compression sizes are also available. With these new SharkBite push-fittings, stop valves and 5' lengths or 50' coils of 1/4" (3/8" OD) PEX tubing it’s easy to make risers the exact length needed for connecting fixtures and appliances. after it is pushed onto the pipe and the flexibility of the braided hose allow con- nections in tight spaces and without additional
