Freddy L. Tyler, 77, proprietor of the Hunter Motel and Restaurant in Newington, VA, died at his home in Alexandria, VA, on August 25, 2010. Freddy Tyler was born in Braggs OK, and move to Virginia in 1951. He was co owner of Tyler Brothers Construction Company of Alexandria and Fredericksburg, VA, before becoming the proprietor of the Hunter Motel and Restaurant in 1976. Beloved husband of Bette G. Tyler and father of three sons, Leslie and his wife Teresa of Madison, VA, Glenn and his wife Cindy of Alexandria, VA, and Neale of Woodbridge VA. Donations in his memory may be made to the Virginia State Police Association Inc. Emergency Relief Fund, 6944 Forest HillAve. Richmond,VA 23225.
