ITCA Trust Announcement
A decision has been made by Ivar Samren, Terence Coyle and myself, the trustees of the International Travel Catering Association Trust, to wind down the Trust set up in April 1992. Dated June 30 2010 the Distributable Property
amounted to £547,312.00 before all necessary reserves for taxes and professional fees. Subject to the retention of those reserves, it was agreed to transfer the investment to the ITCA Board.
An executed Deed of Release and Indemnity
has been obtained from ITCA, executed by their duly authorised officers William Seeman and Lee Walton. Over more then 18 years we have had the
privilege to serve the organisation as Trustees to build up a substantial amount for Supporting the ITCA organisation in ‘emergency’ situations and in financing the chair for the professor of the
University of Surrey. Based on a unanimous decision by the Board
of ITCA dated June 28 2010, the Distributable Property now will be transferred to the ITCA Board. We wish the ITCA organisation all the best for
the future.
