Paul Foley, ceo Mesa Airlines Paul Foley began his career in 1974 with American Airlines. He has held a number of executive level positions in airline and airline- related industries including Atlas Air, Continental Airlines, LSG Sky Chefs and as chairman of the board for the Regional Airline Association. He joined Mesa Air group in 2008 from MAIR Holdings Inc. where he served on the Board of Directors. His successful background includes acquisitions and start-ups, throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia.
