Flexible workspace specialist broker, GKRE has advised EPIC on its joint-venture deal with flexible office operator Orega comprising 11,000 sq ft of office space at Grade II listed St Paul’s House in Leeds. It is the second deal between Orega and EPIC this year. GKRE Director, Douglas Green said an increasing number of property owners were entering the flexible office market through joint venture management agreements.

Tungsten Properties, the Leicestershire-based industrial and warehouse development company, has secured planning permission for the development of four high specification logistics units at Tungsten Park, Bardon Road, Coalville in Leicestershire.

Tungsten Park Bardon is an 11.26-acre site that was acquired unconditionally in September 2018 from Aggregate Industries Ltd in an off-market transaction. The site is near to M1, Junction 22 and the established prime logistics location and planning permission has been granted by North West Leicestershire District Council to build four units totalling 187,000 sq ft of logistics space.
