New commercial park heralds latest investment in Leicestershire.

Leicester Commercial Park is a high-quality logistics development recently completed by global commercial and industrial property group, Goodman. Developed speculatively, the park offers more than 430,000 sq. ft. of Grade A warehouse and distribution space across two units of 336,635 and 95,978 sq. ft., with both immediately available for occupation.

Developed to a market leading specification, each unit features deep service yards, substantial clear internal heights and high- quality office accommodation, providing customers with maximum flexibility and efficiency.

The park serves as a gateway destination for companies wanting to operate from the heart of the UK and is one of the most sought- after and accessible logistics locations.

Situated immediately adjacent to J21 of the M1 and J3 of the M69, the site provides fast access to the UK motorway network with the ability to reach 22 million people within a 3-hour HGV drive time.

The development is also located just 20 miles from East Midland’s Airport – the second largest air freight hub in the

UK. Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) is within 20 miles and provides national freight services via the West Coast Main Line, with direct access to major UK and European destinations. With the potential to create up to 1,600 new jobs when fully occupied, the development of the park was enabled and supported by a £3.25m Local Growth Fund grant from the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) towards the site infrastructure works. Leicester Commercial Park serves as one of a number of strategic developments being supported by the LLEP as part of its growth and regeneration strategy.

Leicester Commercial Park is a development delivered in partnership between Goodman and Wilson Bowden. For further information and to experience a virtual tour of both properties, please visit: http://www.leicestercp.com/
