Property Solutions at the Port of Milford Haven Wales

Quayside Properties has a varied portfolio spread over multiple sites in Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock.

Our Milford Haven properties have a range of benefits including close proximity to bus, road and rail links; Milford Fish Docks and Milford Marina; nearby cafes, restaurants and shops at Milford Waterfront; and conference and meeting room hire.

Our Pembroke Dock properties are based primarily within and adjacent to Pembroke Port and most benefit from 24/7 security; nearby slipway and quay access; twice daily ferry service to Ireland with Irish Ferries; and on-site engineering businesses.

Located right at the heart of the UK’s energy industry, we have a range of commercial property opportunities suited to the needs of heavy industry at our Pembroke Port site. Our industrial units scale up to 30,000 sq ft and we have additional laydown and storage areas throughout the site. Many offer significant overhead clearance for gantry crane operation.

The site itself offers something different. Proximity to a deep water quay and uncongested accessibility to the M4/M5/M6 motorway networks offer superb trade routes. There is an experienced supply chain locally which your business can immediately start to benefit from. And, as the location is within the Government supported Haven Waterway Enterprise Zone, you may be able to benefit from a range of financial incentives.

Retail & Leisure

We are entering an exciting phase in the development of Milford Waterfront; a vibrant waterfront destination in Milford Haven.

We are developing a destination to welcome the world. A revised overall Milford Waterfront Development Plan was submitted to Pembrokeshire County Council in April 2018, and unanimously approved in June 2018.

Milford Waterfront is already a popular place to visit with a variety of shops, restaurants and things to do, as well as a calendar of events and activities, which already attract over 100,000 visitors a year. Over the coming years Milford’s flagship marina, retail and waterfront leisure facilities will continue to evolve with the planned addition of hotels, leisure attractions, event spaces, residential property, and food, beverage and retail outlets.

The build of the Costa Drive Thru is underway, and we have taken delivery of 4 custom-built ‘Floatel Cabins’, which will be ready to welcome visitors to stay on board early in 2019.

Other exciting plans are on the horizon, including attracting a hotel operator to run a new 100 bedroom mid-market hotel, and an innovative indoor leisure development to attract visitors all year round. Find out more about our exciting plans:
