Over the coming years Milford’s flagship marina, retail and waterfront leisure facilities will continue to evolve with the planned addition of hotels, leisure attractions, event spaces, residential property, and food, beverage and retail outlets.


The build of the Costa Drive Thru is underway, and we have taken delivery of 4 custom-built ‘Floatel Cabins’, which will be ready to welcome visitors to stay on board early in 2019.
