CHOCOTECH, a SOLLICH KG subsidiary, unveils innovative sweet production
solutions, emphasising energy efficiency and showcasing cutting-edge technologies like FROZENSHELL® and PRALIMAT® at ProSweets 2024

HOCOTECH, a subsidiary of the SOLLICH KG, will also be represented at ProSweets in January 2024. CHOCOTECH offers a fascinating range of processing equipment designed for both batch
and continuous production of various sweet delicacies such as jelly, fondant, caramel, fudge, hard candy, chewy candy, OTC, fruit snacks, brittle, bar masses and aerated products. In addition to this broad spectrum, CHOCOTECH also offers high-quality chocolate processing machines, including the innovative FROZENSHELL® technology for the production of chocolate shells, PRALIMAT® forming, filling and coating machines and CHOCOFORM® lentil forming machines. CHOCOTECH focuses on energy-efficient and future-oriented solutions in process technology, which will be explained in detail at the ProSweets. You will also receive extensive information about Sweet Connect, the digital platform that monitors process and quality-relevant system parameters in real time and enables digital access to system documentation, spare parts lists and maintenance management. company, SOLLICH KG and the cooking systems from CHOCOTECH GmbH for the production of sugar, jelly, foam products or caramel, we offer a unique turn-key possibility to our customers to obtain the entire responsibility for the production process from a single supplier. This not only ensures efficiency, but also enables the production facilities to be commissioned quickly.
