AND FINALLY Dove sets milestone challenge for 150th year

JT Dove is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year and to mark the occasion bosses have set themselves and the team an amazing challenge.

MD Steve Robinson has been with the company for 14 years. Over this time, the company has grown to an impressive 17 branches covering from North Yorkshire to the Scottish border and from the North East Coast to the North West Coast. The company turnover exceeded an impressive £59m last year. However, the company is not one to rest on its laurels and to

celebrate it’s success, and mark the outstanding milestone, the management and team has pledged to raise £100,000 for The Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) based at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.

The fundraising efforts are being supported by platinum sponsors Hanson Cement, Arbor Forest, Keystone Lintels and Ibstock Group. The four companies are supporting the final fundraising activity on 16th November 2019, a black tie dinner dance at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle.

Dulux joins forces with Fearne Cotton to help harness the power of colour

Dulux has launched a new partnership as part of its Colour of the Year 2019 initiative. The joint venture with author and broadcaster, Fearne Cotton, is designed to help homeowners embrace colour in their home.

The collaboration will also help professional decorators communicate the best use of colour to their customers and encourage homeowners to embrace new, ‘on trend’ shades in their homes.

The videos produced with Cotton talk about how to create stylish interiors and will act as a tool for painters and decorators to demonstrate how and why the Dulux Colour of the Year, Spiced Honey™ and the supporting ColourFutures™ 2019 palettes work so well.
