hether our builder customers are helping their homeowner customers to plan a complete kitchen renovation or whether
those householders are simply looking for ways to liven up their current cooking space, there are a number of ways we can help them to get stylish and show stopping results.
Venting hobs
Hot on the heels of the induction hob is the latest in culinary design and innovation – the venting hob. These chic and modern appliances allow householders to reclaim their kitchen by doing away with the traditional overhead downdraft hood. Instead, an integrated extractor draws away steam and odours before they can rise up into the room. With more and more people opting for open plan living, this is an ideal solution for creating spacious room designs without any unnecessary obstructions. Streamlined and minimalist are both buzzwords that sum up the current preferences in kitchen designs, and opting for a glass splashback is a great way to achieve this effect. Not only are they an ideal alternative to traditional tiling, being less time consuming to install, but they can also be personalised

in almost any colour or design of the end customer’s choice. We might suggest teaming a bright colour like lime green or crimson red with high gloss cabinets for an ultra- contemporary look.
Decluttering is huge right now and what better way to achieve kitchen harmony than by minimising the number of items on the worktops?

The kitchen island is one trend that is showing no signs of falling out of favour any time soon. Whether you’re opting for a classic country or cool contemporary theme, kitchen islands are perfect for providing a key focal
point in open plan living spaces and creating a natural definition between spaces. Functional as well as stylish, they make ideal casual dining areas and are great for expanding work surface area and housing extra drawers and units.
Boiling water taps
Decluttering is huge right now and what better way to achieve kitchen harmony than by minimising the number of items on your worktops? Kettles take up considerable space, especially if your kitchen is on the smaller side. Maximise your precious surface area by installing a boiling water tap as an update to your current kitchen or include one as part of a bigger kitchen makeover. Even better, there will be no need to hang around waiting for water to boil for that well deserved brew when you walk in the door after a long day!
Textured cladding
Feature walls are in vogue right now and installing textured cladding is an excellent way to achieve stunning results that deliver maximum impact. From 3D effect slate brick to distressed metal, there is a wonderful selection of decorative cladding available to suit all tastes and budgets.
