Can you describe a typical day for a VIP franchisee? There isn’t a typical day! Every day for a VIP Day Centre franchisee is different. Franchisees may choose to manage the service themselves where they would be completing assessments, managing staff, ensuring all members’ needs are met,

What are the ideal qualities you looking for in a potential VIP franchisee? We are looking to recruit franchisees with established businesses or for start-up opportunities, or experienced businesspeople with a good local reputation and a professional, entrepreneurial approach. You should have or be prepared to bring on board care management experience with a minimum requirement of Level 3 in Health and Social Care Management. You will be empathetic, compassionate, focused, ambitious, energetic, hardworking, approachable, good communicator, with pride and commitment to service quality. You will believe in value for money through excellence in service, be attentive to detail, organised and believe in supporting people with good systems. You will be open-minded and innovative, appreciative of the need to develop, reward, and retain the loyalty of staff, focused on good practices and, above all, will be ambitious to grow your business. If you have most of these attributes, then this really is an opportunity that will suit you.
