'hen you think of commercial cleaning, it might not be 'family business' that comes to mind.
But Minster Cleaning sees a current trend in their franchises that dispels that myth. Minster Cleaning was started in 1982
by current Chairman, Alan Haigh, and his wife Glynis. In 1992, Alan franchised the business, and the network grew from there. Today, Alan’s sons are company directors. Now, more than 40 years on, nearly half of Minster Cleaning’s 36 branches have family members working together. James Lofthouse brought his two sons,
