In order to let more people who love art and fashion participate in this cultural event, on September 23rd and 24th the first ‘model market’ took place in the hat garden. The art fair brought together more than fifty high-quality cultural brands and artists’ works along with vintage clothes, cultural objects, intangible cultural heritage products, food, coffee, bands, exhibitions, reading material, literature and art. The fair included work by brands such as Chicmax, Céline Robert, Keyone, Christys’, Hat Art, Sinossance, Jeff Sun, Black Steed, and designers such as Wendy Lee, Winnie Lin, Jason Chien, Zhou Ming, Natasha, Rachel and Jane. Attendees were able to enthusiastically appreciate the art of straw hat weaving from natural plants and enjoy a celebration full of artistic flavour and creative inspiration.


The 920 China Hats Festival has been part of a trend of emerging cultural festivals. The event has gradually evolved to become China’s own very distinctive and influential hat festival, a carnival for hat lovers at home and abroad, which is looking forward to celebrating the next 920 China Hats Festival again together.
