the hull. I glued together the two hull halves and at- tached the bulbous sonar unit to the bow. (Figure 3) Aſt er a multi-step process of masking and painting, the bow turned out as shown in Figure 4. Figure 5 is a close-up view of the stern aſt er the installation of the rudder and propellers.

To build my superstructures, I glued the walls and roofs together and then beveled the lower inside edg- es. T is beveling allowed me to build the structures and dry-fi t them into place before I painted them.
