Choi was also sentenced to 20 years for corruption, influence-peddling and abuse of power. As reported previously, the South Korean
Prosecutor’s office sought a warrant for the arrest of Dong-bin in a separate case on grounds of embezzlement and breach of trust. He was later given a suspended sentence.
Incheon in divisional shakeup; Bum-Ho Kim ‘seconded’ Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) has appointed a new temporary Deputy Executive Director of its Concessions Marketing Group, TRBusiness can reveal. Chang-Kyu Kim takes up the role from
current incumbent Bum-Ho Kim (pictured above), who is understood to have been assigned to another IIAC department related to academy training as part of a one-year ‘education trip’. As mentioned, the move is not understood
to be permanent and Kim is expected to resume his position on return. Chang-Kyu Kim has experience in the
concessions division, having been a Director of IIAC’s duty free management team at the time the Terminal 1 tenders took place in 2014/2015. Duty free Team Manager Doyeon Kim
will take up responsibilities in the concession marketing team, as Jiyoon Park transfers to the Incheon Airport Aviation Academy Global Training Team.
Safilo appoints Angelo Trocchia as new Chief Executive Officer Italian eyewear company Safilo Group has appointed Angelo Trocchia as its new CEO, effective April 1. Trocchia, who holds a PHD in aeronautical
