Retail for more than 17 years in various positions across Poland, France and Australia and moved to Sydney in July 2016 to become General Manager of Travel Essentials. Reporting to Chief Operating Officer
Emmanuel de Place, Lesniak has experience working across a range of commercial projects and has played a key role in developing the region’s travel essentials and duty free business. A graduate of Warsaw School of
Economics, he brings a depth of knowledge in the fields of finance, retail and operations. Commenting on the appointment,
de Place said: “We are delighted to have someone of Przemek’s calibre and experience to move seamlessly into this role.” Lesniak added: “I’m looking forward

González, who officially stepped down on 1 February. Most recently Director of Miami-Dade’s
Water and Sewer Department, Sola boasts more than 26 years’ experience serving the county. He began his career with the county’s
government in 1992 as a member of the County Manager Management Training Programme and went on to hold several high-profile positions in the County Executive Manager’s Office and as Associate Director for the aviation department. Commenting on the appointment,
Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez said: “I am confident that Sola’s experience in county operations, capital design, construction management contract administration and negotiations will prove invaluable to MDAD and the residents of Miami-Dade County.”
