Equine Sophrology (Sophrology - the physical and mental exercises intended to relax the body and mind)
The horse is a wonderful sophrologist who allows you to reconnect with yourself and with nature in the unique setting of the Compiègne forest. For 2 hours, with a qualified riding and sophrology teacher, you can discover or deepen your links with the Henson horses, on foot, followed by a horseback ride in the woods, taking in the beautiful surroundings, in the heart of the Grand Parc du Château de Compiègne. The session will end with a moment surrounded by horses absorbing all their positive energy.

As part of the European EXPERIENCE project (Interreg France Channel England Programme), the destination is adopting a new tourism strategy around low- season and experiential tourism. Thanks to the FEDER fund, this has enabled it to create new experiential offers and to finance unprecedented infrastructures such as the rehabilitation of the site of the priory of Saint-Pierre in Chastres and the creation of the Historic Immersion Site at the Antoine Vivenel Museum. (opening next May)
