RED ROSE AWARD FINALISTS By Rob Kelly

MAKING GREAT CONNECTIONS

It’s Red Rose Awards season, the time of year when we come together to celebrate the ingenuity, innovation and achievements of businesses across the county.

And what makes this year extra special is that it is the 15th anniversary of the awards, which culminate in a fun-packed memorable March evening at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.

And as part of our annual celebration of excellence, and one of the highlights of the county’s business calendar, here is an inside look at some of the 2025 finalists in their own words.

we have showcased companies committed to helping the environment and supporting their local communities.

In total there are 23 different categories giving a true reflection of Lancashire and where it excels. And this year as the Red Rose Awards continue to grow and develop, we have introduced a new category - the transport and logistic award.

Joanne Hindley, sales director at Lancashire Business View, said: “It’s brilliant to see more than 100 diverse businesses from across the county making it through as finalists to the big event in Blackpool.

Over 15 years, we have heard great stories. We have honoured incredible organisations. We have recognised micro businesses making a global impact, small businesses that have developed into big businesses and others who are flying the flag for Lancashire around the world.

We’ve celebrated great employers, the best customer service, the continued commitment to skills shown by Lancashire businesses. And

“Each of these businesses has a unique success story, and any one of them could be a winner.

“Our hope is to inspire meaningful connections that drive growth and collaboration.

“Whether through trading partnerships or by offering advice and support, there is immense value in networking and helping each other succeed.”

She added: “We take great pride in

championing the thriving business community here in Lancashire.

“Being named a Red Rose finalist is a significant achievement, and we encourage everyone to celebrate and share this recognition.”

An extended report on the Red Rose Awards will feature in the May-June issue of Lancashire Business View.
