Who we are
E&M Property Solutions’ main goal is to provide an inclusive service, to help current and prospective property owners and landlords make wise investments and ensure that they are given the support they need to provide the best single and family accommodation for our tenants in Burnley.
We offer a turnkey service, from sourcing properties, complete renovations and conversions, furnishings and photography to full property management and sales.
What we’ve achieved
We recently won the Gold Award for lettings in Burnley 2023/2024 from the British Property Awards.
We have big expansion plans for this year, renovations are already underway on our soon to be new office on Manchester Road in Burnley.
We’re excited to transform this empty and neglected building back to life again, with both residential and commercial opportunities being created.

Our clients are account managed for the lifetime of the contract, meaning we offer a local service with global expertise.
What we’ve achieved
We recently launched our introducer scheme for businesses who currently offer a business to business service who may wish to add payment services to their portfolio.
This year, we look to expand this revenue stream as well as add further account managers to look after our growing portfolio.
