Who we are
We are a BAFE and NSI Gold accredited company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of a wide range of fire safety and electronic security systems in both the commercial and domestic market.
We serve a wide range of sectors such as hotels, schools, manufacturing, storage facilities and retail premises, providing ongoing maintenance, support and 24/7 system monitoring.
What we’ve achieved
Since forming in March 2020 we have grown to a team of 21 staff and now boast a large local customer base.
We have been fortunate to win the Lancashire Business View Award at the 2022 Red Rose Awards and followed that up with the Service Business of the Year crown at the 2023 BIBA Awards.

Speakman Contractors provides end-to-end building services and is a specialist in fast-track refurbishment, offering everything from planning to reactive maintenance.
Working in the commercial and industrial sectors, our services are delivered by our in-house team, trained in the latest technology and methods to keep us at the forefront of our industry.
Our building services include electrical and lighting systems design, commercial refurbishment and proactive maintenance solutions delivered across the UK.
What we’ve achieved
Heading into our 15th year in business and having established many collaborative partnerships both regionally and nationally, our award-winning team continues to plan for the future.
With technologies such as Solar PV and battery storage returning to our service offering for 2024 this will add to our existing specialisms of energy and cost reduction to new and existing clients.

I’m from Burnley and earned my qualifiications in my field at the UK’s number one college, Burnley College. The town provides a great base to develop our staff and prepare the business for the future.

Who we are
TCB Designs is an award-winning signage manufacturer in Burnley. We serve the majority of local businesses with bespoke stand-out signs and branding, from large lightboxes and illuminated features for Burnley Football Club to construction and site signage for Barnfields.
But more and more recently we are working on interiors to change the aesthetics and feelings of offices, as well as working with Burnley College on classroom transformation, We’ve added features and interesting signage elements to the walls that change the look and feel of the room
What we’ve achieved
I really enjoy the journey at TCB, it feels like we are snowballing as the business shifts and grows every month, and that for me is exciting.
We have some great ambitions for 2024, but more importantly, we have launched the next phase of our business which is TCB Digital, where our model is to sell advertising space on our digitally-led billboards that you will start to see going up around the North West.

What we’ve achieved
As a practice we have been involved in all the prime development sites within Burnley, being the retained agents on Shuttleworth Mead, Burnley Bridge, Network 65 and now Frontier Park Burnley.
The total development square footage is well in excess of two million square feet once Frontier is completed.
Subject to planning Titanium Park will be the next to come forward which will complete Burnley Bridge.
