HOSPITALITY & CATERING

Our Hospitality and Catering programmes are ideally suited to those with a passion for creating great food and delivering high-quality customer service.

Students study their practical elements in our modern, stylish, commercial training kitchens and public restaurants to get a real-life experience of working in this exciting and fast-paced industry. Students take a great deal of pride in their work and many enter local and national competitions to expand their skills and experience.

Future career opportunities may include roles such as a head chef, restaurant manager or event manager, and we are proud to see many of our students have used their skills to travel the world or have secured employment at top Michelin-starred restaurants.
