Asbest vakbeurs voor delen van kennis, kunde en informatie
asbest. De branche is op deze beurs nationaal en internationaal met ruim zestig bedrijven en organisaties vertegenwoordigd. Bezoekers vinden er een uitgebreide groep exposan- ten met expertise op het gebied van asbest; van strategisch advies tot inventarisatie, sanering en eindcontrole. Bedrijven die zich met hun producten en diensten richten op de maritieme sector, de woningbouw, maar ook op utiliteitsbouw. Daarnaast zijn ook de brancheorganisaties, certificerende instellin- gen en fabrikanten van asbest vervangende producten op Asbestos 2015 vertegenwoor- digd. Het beursprogramma bestaat, naast de presentatie van exposanten, uit informatie- sessies, workshops en ronde tafeldiscussies. Onderwerpen die hierin aan bod komen zijn onder meer wet- en regelgeving, gezondheid, het werken met asbest, trends en ontwikkelin- gen. Asbestos 2015 richt zich op bezoekers uit de maritieme sector, petrochemie, vastgoed, gezondheidszorg, waterschappen, architec- ten, woningcorporaties, arbeidsdeskundigen et cetera. Alle partijen maken op deze beurs kennis met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en innovaties. Zeker ook van belang voor de ma- ritieme sector en de petrochemie. Deze sector heeſt immers te maken met lastig uitvoerbare Nederlandse regels die op SOLAS en EU-wet- geving zijn gebaseerd en moet er voor zorgen dat asbest beheersbaar en betaalbaar blijſt.

De beurs is een primeur voor Europa. Niet eerder was er een vakbeurs vanuit deze sector waarin deze wereld bij elkaar werd gebracht. Het Comité van aanbeveling, de bij de beurs aangesloten stichtingen en verenigingen werken dan ook graag mee aan deze beurs.

Asbestos Fair for sharing knowledge, skills and information
O n the 15th and 16th of April Ahoy
Rotterdam, with its area of 6000 square metres and 75 exhibitors, will be the place to be to learn more
about the professional world of asbestos. The industry will be presenting itself to the world with over sixty companies and organisations at the fair, both from the Netherlands and from all over the world. Visitors will find an extensive group of exposers and expertise from the asbestos field; from strategic advice, to inventory, clean-ups and final check-ups. Companies which are specialized in asbestos in the maritime sector, building houses, but also industrial builders. Branch organisations, certifying institutions and producers making
substitutes for asbestos will also be present at the Asbestos 2015 Fair. The programme at the fair will consist of presentations by exposers, informative sessions, workshops and roundtable discussions. Subjects at sessions and up for discussion are law, health issues, working with asbestos, trends and new developments. Asbestos 2015 aims to appeal to visitors from the maritime sector, the petrochemical industry, real estate, health care, the regional water authorities, architects, housing corporations, job experts etc. Everyone will learn more about new developments and innovation at this fair. Which is also very important for both the maritime sector and the petrochemical industry. As this sector faces great challenges when it tries to adhere to Dutch law, which is based on SOLAS and EU-legislation, while at the same time it attempts to keep the price of asbestos affordable and the upkeep manageable. This fair is new to Europe. It is a novelty in its attempts to bring together all of the asbestos experts from all over the world. The advice committee as well as all of its aligned foundations and unions are very keen to join in. Exposers would love to come into contact with you as visitors and would gladly answer your questions from their expertise regarding the asbestos field. Aſter visiting the programmes at the fair you will be fully updated, for instance on all new legal developments. The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the 15th
