The Continuity of Life: Genetics and Evolution Nature versus Nurture
Nature versus nurture is one of the longest running debates in science. How much do the genes we are born with or the environment we live in affect who we are? For example, how smart we are, how good at sports we are and how likely we are to put on weight.
The reality is that all of these traits are the result of our genes and our environment – genes offer potential, the correct environment allows this potential to be realised.
