Procedure: Procedure: Prepare phase A and stir with magnetic stirrer for 1 minute. Prepare separately phase B e stir with anchor stirrer at 250rpm. Add very slowly the phase A to phase B mixing with anchor stirrer at 250rpm. Stir phase AB with anchor stirrer for 2 minutes at 250rpm. Homogenize the phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes. Add phase C and D homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute.

Procedure: ix the ingredients of Phase A until homogenous. In a separate vessel, mix the ingredients of Phase B. Add B to A and homogenise for 5 minutes. Premix Phase C and add to A+B. Add Phase D and E. Check pH and viscosity. Properties: Appearance: Sky-blue, viscous gel-cream Viscosity @ 25°C: >45000 cP (Brookfield LVDV II, LV 4, 6rpm) pH @ 25°C: 5.5 – 6.5

Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and heat to 75°C. Combine ingredients of phase B and heat to 75°C. Add phase B to phase A under high shear and stir until homogenous. While still hot add the premixed phase C and homogenize. Add ingredients of phase D and stir until homogenous. Add perfume and homogenize shortly. Properties: Appearance: purple cream pH value: 5.0 – 5.5 Viscosity: 30’000 – 60’000 mPas (Sp. 4, Brookefield LV)

Procedure: Mix Xanthan Gum and Glycerin, then add to water. Stir and slowly sprinkle in Ammonium Acryloyl Dimethyltaurate/Carboxyethyl Acrylate Crosspolymer. Leave to absorb water for 20 minutes under stirring to be homogenized. Add phase B into the mixture under stirring until homogenized. Add phase C into the mixture under stirring until homogenized. In a separate container, mix Penthylene Glycol and water. Then slowly sprinkle in the Chlorphenesin. Once phase D is homogenized, add into the mixture (A+B+C) while gently stirring. Add phase E into the mixture under stirring until homogenized. Properties: pH: 5.00<pH<5.50.
