Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and mix gently at 300 rpm using a paddle stirrer. Add B and C in order with mixing between each addition. Neutralize with TRIS AMINO™ ULTRA PC under agitation (300rpm). We recommend making a solution of TRIS AMINO™ at 20% in water to adjust the pH. Properties: Appearance: Translucent red fluid pH: 6.7-6.9 Stability: 2 months at room temperature and 45°C Viscosity: 1,000 cP (Brookfield RVDV-IIT, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 1 min, 20°C)

Procedure: Mix phase A. Premix phase B and add to phase A, mixing until fully hydrated. Add phase C to phase A with careful mixing. Adjust the pH using phase D as necessary and heat to 75°C. Add phase E, in order, mixing until homogenous between each addition. Fill mould and allow to cool and set. Properties: Stability Testing 2 months @ 4, 20, 40, 50°C and Cycle pH 6-7

Procedure: Mix until homogeneous the Phase A. Mix until homogeneous the Phase B. Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Heat up to 70°C. Mix until homogeneous the Phase C, then heat it at 70°C. Add phase C to phase A+B with mixing. Cool down the formulation with mixing up to 40°C. Add Phase D. Cool down until 25°C with gentle mixing.
