Procedure: Mix phase A at room temperature and then heat to 65 °C for 15 min. Then cool before adjusting the pH to 5 with the 20 % sodium hydroxide solution (phase B). Add phase C with stirring until complete dissolution. Disperse the Ingredients of phase D one by one and then make the gel by integrating phase E (hydration 1 minute at 600 - 800 rpm and strongly mix at 2 200 rpm for 15 minutes). Then add the scrub and the perfume.

Procedure: Combine the ingredients and melt them at 80-90°C. Stir the mixture to make it homogeneous. Continue to stir the mixture until cooled to room temperature. Pour the formulation into containers. Properties This formulation has passed three months at room temperature, three months at 45 °C, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Mix components of A at 70 °C. Mix components of B without Vitamin F oilsoluble N at 70 C. Add Vitamin F oilsoluble N and stir shortly. Add phase B to A and homogenize. Cool down while stirring. Add C to AB. Add D. Adjust pH to 6.5 if necessary. Properties: Appearance: slightly beige, slightly viscous, shiny lotion pH value: approx. 6.5 Viscosity value: ˜1400 mPas (Anton Paar ViscoQC 300-R Sp 5/100 rpm/25 °C)
